Places of Interest in Spain - Alhaurin

Alhaurin de la Torre is geographically located at the mouth of the river Guadalhorce in a valley in the Malaga region at about 100 meters above sea level. It has an approximate area of 83 square kilometers. In a sense it facilitated passage from the valley of the river Guadalhorce to the coast. Its territory stretches between the mountains and the valley of Malaqa, across open country that rises to the edge of the Mijas and Cartana mountain ranges.

In the Alhaurin Grande there are marvelous gardens, lemon...and numerous subtropical fruit plantations all blending in well with the new style housing developments that are going up in the area. The proximity of Alhaurin de la Torre to the capital of Malaga has resulted in it being chosen as a second home or a commuter suburb. Even though there has been an increase in population and development, the area has retained its originality, identity and traditions.

Places of interest include archeological sites from the Roman and Muslim eras, San Sebastian Parish Church, Sarto Cristo del Cardion niche, Arcos de Zapata aqueduct, El Alamillo heritage and the Refuges de Torrijos House de la Torre.

Alhaurin has a long history dating back to the Roman era. It was named Lauro Ventud and is mentioned in an old chronicle, therefore it must have been important. The Arab settlers called it Alhaurein. It received its final name after Christian troops conquered it and named it Alhaurin de la Torre, to distinguish it from Alhaurin el Grande.

Alhaurin el Grande is also located in the region of the river Guadalhorce valley adjoining the western Costa del Sol and Malaga regions. It is marginally smaller than Alhaurin de la Torre, having an area of 72.6 square kilometers. The people of this area are called Alhuarinos. Alhaurin el Grande is older than Alhaurin de la Torre, the latter being the more modern of the two.

Alhaurin el Grande has many markets, gardens and extensive plantations, olive gardens, orchards and wheat fields. The urban part of Alhaurin el Grande sits on the north slope of the Mijas mountain range. Due to its location, some of its streets provide picturesque views and turns that make climbing easier. The area is rich archeologically, dating back to the Neolithic Age. Peoples who have at one time or another inhabited this place include the lberians, Phoenecians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims.

The temperature in the region is at an average of 17° C which is why there is an abundance of fruits and vegetables. Alhaurin el Grande and Alhaurin de la Torre are both worth a visit not just for the archeological and historical treasures, but for the scenery and beauty as well.

Problems with renting, buying and selling property abroad

People interested in renting, selling or buying various properties overseas are commonly faced with a wide range of difficulties such as language barrier impediments, limited market evaluation possibilities, as well as poor access to information regarding the advantages and disadvantages of closing a certain deal on foreign land. In order to get the best out of a given transaction, one generally needs to spend a lot of time and invest a lot of effort in doing the required price-service research, carefully analyzing the benefits and the minuses of choosing one offer over another. Whether you wish to sell, buy or rent apartments, villas, houses or land in remote locations, the recommended thing to do is request the services of a reliable third-party. With the help of a solid Real Estate company, you will be able to quickly find the best apartments and villas to rent or buy, and you will also receive proper assistance and counseling on selling such properties.

There are various Real Estate companies and agencies out there that provide customers with high-quality services that account for the subtleties of finding and closing the best Real Estate deal overseas. The trick is to find the company that best satisfies your needs and requirements, the company that can help you achieve your goals in exchange for affordable price packages. In order to obtain the best results, you should consider employing the services of a Real Estate company that sustains and promotes its activity via the Internet. This way you will be able to achieve a better exposure for the properties you wish to offer for sale or rental, and also keep track of other properties if you are interested in buying or renting. Efficient Real Estate companies offer clients the opportunity to browse through an extensive and well-structured database of classified ads and submit their own announcements online, free of charge or in exchange of previously established monthly or annual fees.

Classified ads are properly categorized into multiple sections, include descriptions of the properties available for sale or rental and are also accompanied by suggestive images, helping customers form an idea about each individual advertisement. If you are looking to buy or rent apartments, villas, houses, townhouses or land overseas, simply use the classified ads feature and find the announcements that best satisfy your needs. Once you have found the most appropriate house, apartment or villa to rent, all you need to do is contact the ads' submitter and negotiate the terms of the transaction. Similarly, if you are interested in selling such properties, write and submit your own ads and you will be contacted by potential clients.

Greatly simplifying the process of closing effective Real Estate transactions and helping customers overcome the difficulties of buying, selling or renting apartments, villas, houses and other properties overseas - reliable, competitive and cost-effective Property Management Services are an important feature you should look for before deciding to collaborate with a Real Estate company. Such services usually include: accommodation services, property services (client meeting, security, cleaning), property research services, legal services, translation services, chauffer services and many more.

Depending on factors such as the type of the transaction and the location of the property you are interested in buying or renting, you should request an appropriate package of services that can help you overcome the difficulties of the deal. For instance, a good lawyer can inform you about the hidden costs behind the transaction, such as local taxes. Another advantage of having a good lawyer is that it can accelerate the process of closing the deal by taking care of all the required documents. In addition to employing reliable legal services, you should also consider hiring efficient translation services when renting or buying properties overseas. Such services will take care of translating all the documents you require, thus overcoming the language barriers you may come across when renting and buying properties overseas.

Before closing a deal, it is also advised to employ the services of an experienced surveyor. Once hired, surveyors perform elaborate on-site investigations, verifying the condition of the property, establishing an estimate on the overall value of the property and providing clients with concrete information about the advantages and disadvantages of the transaction. Surveyors are vital for people interested in buying or renting apartments, villas, houses, townhouses or land overseas, as their report clearly reveals the worth of a certain deal.

A more consistent report generally includes the following: information on the location of the property, amenities (swimming pool, gardens, view, tennis court, etc), the materials used in building the property, the condition of the property (substantial or negligible faults, results of testing the interior structure for dampness, information regarding the existence and condition of the drainage system, insulation and damp-proofing), repair costs, the precise value of the property on both the local and open markets, recommendations for further specific inspections, etc. With the help of an extensive survey report, the client can easily prepare his next actions and decide whether to close the deal for the initially established price, renegotiate its terms and costs, or even cancel a problematic deal.

Orlando Villa Rentals - Enjoy a First Class Florida Vacation at an Affordable Price

If you are planning to spend a vacation or holiday in Orlando or at Disney World, then one of the first things you need to do is to figure out what kind of accommodations are best for you. Are you coming with your whole family or coming with a few friends? If so, then one of the best things you can do is to get an Orlando villa rental rather than reserving rooms in a hotel.

Renting a villa or vacation home has become a preference for savvy vacationers in Orlando due to several factors including convenience, luxury, location and above all economy.

The convenience factor is due to the fact that many of the villa rentals are located within minutes of Disney World. You will not have to spend much time in your car going to and from Disney World or other attractions. In fact, if you chose a villa in a resort community like Windsor Hills, you won't have to drive at all.

Windsor Hills is a gated community located 1.5 from the gates of Disney World. The resort offers a shuttle bus service to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. But that is not all you get in this community.

Each home and villa at Windsor Hills features a master suite with king or queen size bed, TV and a master bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. All vacation homes and rental villas have a private screened swimming pool with spa and all townhomes have a small pool. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer. Homes are available with game rooms that include billiards, table tennis and air hockey along with play stations for kids.

That is not all you get when you rent a villa in a community like Windsor Hills. The community also offers a variety of recreation and activities for all ages including a children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards.

While you get all these community services similar to what you would get in a hotel, you also have the privacy of your own home or villa. You can have a barbeque outside your private pool at night. Put your kids to sleep in their own rooms and enjoy the comfort of a spacious villa.

It sounds ideal, and it is ideal especially when you consider the price. A four bedroom home or villa at Windsor Hills starts at $160 per night. Can you get four bedrooms, a private pool and all the amenities I have listed above for $160 per night in any hotel in Orlando? The answer is no, and that is why thousands of visitors have chosen to stay in Orlando villa rentals rather than hotels.

Take a look at the villas that are on offer on this website and make your reservation now. The best villas are usually rented months in advance and if you wait to the last moment you will miss out on great opportunities.
